Ø Program Vision

The Graduate Training Program aims to develop qualified national talents capable of contributing effectively to the sustainability and growth of the company. The program focuses on enhancing the professional and practical skills of fresh graduates, in alignment with Oman Vision 2040, which emphasizes human capital development, employment enhancement, and preparing youth for the labor market.

Ø Program Objective

The program is designed to equip fresh graduates with the necessary knowledge and practical skills for effective integration into the workplace through a structured training program that combines theoretical and practical aspects. Specifically, the program aims to:

• Prepare qualified and employable national talents.
• Promote a culture of professionalism and corporate values.
• Support Omanization plans and local workforce development without compromising business sustainability.
• Bridge the gap between academic output and market needs, in line with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040 for human capital development.

Ø Target Group

The program targets fresh graduates in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, aiming to develop national engineering talents that meet the company’s operational and technical needs.

The program remains flexible regarding the type of academic qualification, provided the applicant is a recent graduate from an accredited educational institution.

Ø Eligibility Criteria

• Must be an Omani national.

·      The program is open to males only.

• Recent graduate (within two years of graduation).
• Fully committed to the program and not engaged in any other employment during the training period.
• Must pass the personal interview and any assessment tests set by the company.
• Full commitment to all program activities and assigned tasks throughout the training period.
