Position Title: Jr Sous Chef – Bread/ Pastry Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 800 OMR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: shared accomodation. transportation, duty meals Job Location: Muscat, Oman About the Client: A premium bakery brand, in Oman known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation Job Description: ? Supervise and manage the bread production section, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency. ? Develop and innovate new bread recipes in line with French baking traditions and seasonal trends. ? Oversee the preparation of a variety of breads including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and other breads. ? Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking to achieve optimal flavor and texture.

Qualifications: ? Open to Asian nationals ? Male, 40 years old and below ? Minimum of 5 years experience in artisan bread baking, with atleast 3 years in a supervisory or sous chef role ? Strong leadership and team management skills and must have knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP.
