Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Promote and sell our car servicing, maintenance, and repair solutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored service packages.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize conversions.
- Build long-term relationships that enhance customer loyalty.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or call center operations (automotive industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM system knowledge is an advantage.
