Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Promote and sell our car servicing, maintenance, and repair solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored service packages.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize conversions.
  • Build long-term relationships that enhance customer loyalty.
  • Accurately maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or call center operations (automotive industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Driven, target-oriented, and passionate about customer engagement.
