Key Responsibilities:

Mine Planning & Development:
- Design and implement mining plans, ensuring optimal extraction of chromite and other minerals.
- Prepare detailed engineering designs, mine layouts, and production plans in line with project goals and safety standards.
Operations Management:
- Supervise mining operations to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Oversee the use of machinery and ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to for uninterrupted production.
Geological & Resource Analysis:
- Collaborate with geologists to assess deposit characteristics and plan extraction techniques accordingly.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all mining activities comply with Omani regulations and environmental standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for all personnel working on-site.
Project Management:
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mining operations.
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency and safety.
