We are looking for candidates that would be suitable for role Project Controls Manager in the GCCPost:   Project Controls Manager Location:  GCC Countries    Qualifications -  bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline                                                 PMP Certification is highly desired but not required.Experience: 15+ years' experience in a leadership role managing project controls for large mining projects.- 8 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management EPCM industry.  Candidate must have experience in base metal mineral processing projects with EPCM experience of a large scale.  Special Skills & Knowledge: -   

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of project management, project planning, progress measurement and reporting, risk management, contract administration, document control, business support, time, and cost estimating, cost control principles and reporting.
• Knowledge and understanding of how engineering interacts with procurement and contracting, construction and commissioning disciplines throughout the project lifecycle
• Proven track record in planning, coordinating and supervising teams of cost engineers and planners.
• Large scale applied project experience with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
• Expertise on Primavera and Microsoft Projects is required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of web-based project management systems.
