Job responsibilities:

  • Draft, formulate, review or modify legal documents such as contracts and articles of association;
  • Participate in negotiations, conduct legal analysis and argumentation;
  • Handle other legal matters of the company;

Job requirements:

  • More than 3 years of legal work experience, with a lawyer's professional qualification certificate;
  • Familiar with the energy and power industries;
  • Has strong analytical and negotiation skills, and has excellent ability to solve legal problems;
