 Position Summary

  • Account management is essential for ensuring project success, balancing the needs of both client and internal stakeholders. The position requires a professional with moderate to extensive experience in client services, project/event management, delivering integrated marketing solutions. Experience and/or enthusiasm for new media tech, emerging technologies, and social media marketing a priority. Working within a team structure and reporting directly to a Sr. Manager, the Manager will oversee and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

 

  • This is a detailed-oriented, client-facing role that requires multi-tasking and effective communication to deliver first class results. Pro-active planning, as well as smart, strategic, and practical thinking, are core competencies for the Manager role.

 

  • This is a contract role with the potential to grow on an account expanding rapidly. This role will partner closely with the client team not only on program activation and management, but in strategic marketing efforts. This candidate should have a strong sense of ownership over client relationships, an entrepreneurial spirit to engage in a meaningful way within the client's business,  a passion for marketing in order to become an extension of their marketing team. Your positioning to your client and the internal agency team is key to assure all parties are comfortable with your leadership and see you as a trusted partner overall.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Experience and/or enthusiasm for new media tech, emerging technologies, and social media marketing
  • Project manage and execute multiple client programs simultaneously to completion
  • Establish project requirements, priorities and deadlines
  • Support other program leaders, producers, strategists, creative studio members and coordinators in activating projects
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple offices, time zones and vendors/partners to deliver executional excellence
  • Manage relationships and communications effectively with multiple program stakeholders
  • Assess and communicate scope of work impact to the Director, and when applicable, dialogue with client associated timeline and/or budget implications
  • Develop and maintain appropriate levels of communication with the client, internal team members, vendors, partners, and staff to ensure proper coordination of all program components and deliverables
  • Proactively create, maintain and track all relevant project documents such as signed deliverables, project finances, project status report/update to management and clients
  • Embody and reflect agency's performance-based culture and commit him/herself and team to the highest standards for all agency work
  • Execute all programs at quality levels that consistently exceed client expectations
  • Execute programs on strategy, on time, and on budget
  • Manage internal and client expectations seamlessly, with a priority flagging issues ahead of time
  • Manage invoices and receivables in accordance with agency policies
  • Adhere to agency and client financial reporting and contractual processes
  • Develop and deliver concise program recaps with an emphasis on an ever improving process and product

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • At least 1 years directly related experience and/or training or 1 years professional experience.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of and enthusiasm for vertical marketing, new media tech, emerging technologies, and social media marketing
  • Results-oriented self-starter
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Comfort working across a variety of digital communication platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Slack, Quip, BlueJeans Network, G-Drive products, and other cloud based management tools
  • Exude enthusiasm and pride in work
  • B2B marketing experience is preferred
  • BA/BS in Marketing related field is preferred
  • Superior writing skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience managing clients and expectations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
