Position Summary:
The Salesman will deal with the retail marketing and sales of our brand of paints.
Role Description:
- Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: Seek out potential dealers and create deals for retail sales of paint
- Other Responsibilities: Liaise with the Admin and Sales Coordinator
Team Organization:
- Reporting to - Sales Manager
- Team Structure - Sales Manager -> Sales Coordinator -> Sales Agents
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Aggressively seek out new business opportunities by consistently being present in the market and actively seek out potential clients.
- Develop proposal generation and presentation.
- Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with the purpose of gaining the client's trust and delivering value added services.
- Perform other duties as assigned
