Review EPC tenders, drawings, and scope of work. Prepare GO/NO-GO (Tender Synopsis) in coordination with the Proposal Manager. Identify tender opportunities and risks. Coordinate with clients to resolve tender-related queries. Review and assist in EPC tenders for Oil & Gas projects. Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Quality, HSE, and Procurement teams for technical and commercial inputs. Prepare BOQs and material quantity take-offs from tender drawings. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for quotations and pricing. Identify tender requirements such as tender bonds, insurance, penalties, and bonus clauses. Prepare preliminary risk registers, estimate manpower and equipment requirements. Compile technical and commercial bid submissions. Maintain ISO documentation and records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects. Strong knowledge of tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation, and bid coordination. Experience in handling multidisciplinary EPC proposals will be preferred.
