Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of experience working with Healthcare Information Systems (HIS).
Strong hands-on experience in SQL query writing (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries).
Experience handling L2 application/system support.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS).
Understanding of databases and application-server environments.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with hospital workflows (OPD, IPD, EMR, Billing, Pharmacy, LIS, RIS).
Exposure to HL7 or healthcare integration standards.
Experience in ticketing tools and ITIL-based support processes.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers.
