We’re supporting a leading independent creative agency in Dubai that’s looking to bring on board a Social & Influencer Project Director to lead high-impact campaigns across some of the region’s most exciting brands.
This is a senior role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social-first environment — blending creativity, client management, and delivery excellence.
What you’ll be doing:✨ Leading social and influencer projects from strategy to execution✨ Managing campaign timelines, budgets, and delivery✨ Overseeing influencer partnerships and talent negotiations✨ Working closely with creative, strategy, and production teams✨ Ensuring all campaigns are innovative, on-brand, and flawlessly executed
What we’re looking for:✅ 8+ years’ experience in social, influencer, or integrated campaign management (agency side)✅ Strong understanding of influencer marketing, content production, and digital storytelling✅ Proven experience leading large-scale projects and managing multiple stakeholders✅ A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment
