Job Brief:
Driving the company growth by directly engaging residential customers door-to-door. the primary responsibility will be to sell Umniah's internet and GSM services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to potential customers to present and sell Umniah’s internet packages and GSM products.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of various Umniah products and services.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Accurately record customer data, sales transactions, and leads in the USALES system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, packages, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market conditions, and competition.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on customer availability
