the Customer Care specialist is a vital role in the hospitality department, responsible for handling any Issues that would face the guest in “Rooftop” Restaurant" like any complains about food or service quality. in addition to gathering & collecting reviews from guests and make the company high rated on different social media platforms.
Job Description:
- Identify guest needs to achieve fully satisfied experience.
- Respond to Guest complains in a timely and accurate way.
- Collect reviews from guests to achieve employer branding.
- Follow up with Guests to ensure Satisfaction or resolve any issues.
- Gather Guest feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS roleFamiliarity with Tourism is a plusExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesPatience when handling tough casesFluency in English is a mustFluency in any other language is a must, preferred “Spanish, German, French, Italian”.
