general management:

Organizing and managing daily administrative operations.
Following up on the general objectives of the administration and coordinating them between departments
Supervising support services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security.
Coordination with suppliers and contractors, contract management, and commercial relations.

Coordination between departments:

Ensuring that departments are linked together to ensure effective cooperation and resolve existing overlaps within administrative departments.
Managing businesses not directed to a separate department and providing the necessary support for its implementation.

Facilities and equipment management:

Supervising the management and maintenance of facilities and buildings.
Ensuring the availability of all tools and equipment necessary for work.
Monitor resource consumption and look for ways to improve efficiency.

Planning and organization:

Developing annual and monthly work plans for the Administrative Affairs Department.
Organizing and arranging internal meetings and events.
Preparing periodic reports on the department’s performance and submitting them to senior management.

Financial supervision:

Preparing and monitoring the administrative department’s budget.
Follow up on expenditures and ensure compliance with the set budget.
Find ways to reduce costs and improve the department's financial performance.

Communication and public relations:

Maintain good relations with other departments to ensure effective cooperation.
Negotiating with suppliers and contractors to improve terms and contracts.
Dealing with employee inquiries and complaints and working to resolve them effectively.

Legal Affairs and Documents Department:

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain the authenticity of government documents.
To deal with regulatory authorities' requests and ensure they are met correctly and on time.

Raise the quality of document preservation and ensure their proper organization and preservation.


Proven work experience as an Operations Associate or similar roleExcellent communication and listening skillsAbility to work under pressureStrong computer proficiencyExperience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
