Payroll Executives manage payroll processing, employee data, and payroll-related inquiries, supporting smooth payroll operations. ensure employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate and disburse salaries, bonuses, and other benefits in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor daily attendance, departure, and tardiness.
- Review all expenses paid to employees regarding work missions.
- Identify and determine all the monthly variables (attendance - advance - sanctions - vacations - Missions – overtime) that affect the salary.
- Organizing the procedures of creating bank accounts for the new employees.
- Handle employee issues regarding salary variables.
- Prepare settlements and finalize clearance procedures for resigned employees.
- Ensure that compensation practices comply with the country’s laws and regulations.
2-3 Years proven working experience as Payroll ExecutiveBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is a must.SAP user is a must.Well-versed in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
