With a focus on high-end, large-scale developments, you will play a pivotal role in opening up new markets, expanding our client base, and ensuring the successful execution of projects to the highest standards.<br/><br/>Your Mission:<br/><br/>Help the senior management team establish the company’s operations, policies and procedures in a new location.<br/><br/>Utilize your knowledge of engineering and the natural stone industry to provide technical expertise and guidance from conception through delivery and completion.<br/><br/>Stay actively involved throughout the execution of projects, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and execution are carried out to the highest standard.<br/><br/>Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery, on-time completion, and client satisfaction.<br/><br/>Maintain a comprehensive understanding of raw material procurement, transformation/fabrication processes, installation techniques, and logistics.<br/><br/>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and industry partners to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.<br/><br/>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the luxury natural stone sector to drive innovation and continuous improvement.<br/><br/>What You Bring:<br/><br/>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the natural stone industry, with a strong emphasis on high-end, large-scale developments.
