Main building consists of class rooms and laboratories and other surface buildings includes water tank, septic tank, security rooms, guard houses, electric and generator room and boundary wall.
Cost of project: 100 million rials (approximate)

 Wealth of experience in site execution including structural work as well as architectural work (Blocks, Plaster, Paint, False Ceiling, Tiles work) and finishing work (Cladding, Glass work, interlocks and kerbstones).
 Consultant with vendor clients, personal project manager and management to establish costs and resolve issues.
 Carefully reviewed scope of projects and other factors that influenced cost of proposal bid documentation.
 Analysed reports and prepared comparisons for cost to be reviewed by coordinating estimators.
 Preparations of Reinforcement schedule for estimating quantity.

 Summary of Project:

Project consists 11 towers (G+2P+10F). It includes more than 2000 flats (2BHK, 1BHK, STUDIO), 2 large podiums and ground floor for car parking. It was a precious experience in structural work as well as architecture and finishing work. Major field of experience are the followings.
 Piling, underground water tank and swimming pool.
 External finishing (Cladding, Glass work)
 Internal finishing (block work, plaster work floor and wall tiles work, paint work, false ceiling work and water proofing of wet areas.

Duties & Responsibilities


1- As Site Engineer:

 Oversee all construction, maintenance and operation activities on project site.
 Strong experience in all aspects of civil engineering projects including geotechnical issues, earthwork volumes and survey alignments.
 Good organizational and analytical abilities.
 Outlined structural mechanism and tracked project progress.
 Coordinated with Clients, vendors and outside contractors.
 General and technical supervision of civil works at site including foundations, trenches and all building associated works.
 Plan and execute civil work construction in coordination with sub-contractors.
 Monitor progress of civil contractors as per scheduled agreed.
 Direct construction, operations and maintenance activities at project site.
 Work on Engineering design drawings, construction drawings, specifications, calculations and equipment selections for various project.
 Aptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer engineering tools such as AutoCAD and MS office.
 Ability to think methodology, design, plan and manage project.
 Determined project feasibility by estimating the quantities and cost of labour, equipment and material.
