Car Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and presentations to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements, budget, and preferences.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and financing options to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate vehicle financing, leasing, and trade-in transactions.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prospect and generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and other sales and marketing activities.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position and differentiate our vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team, managers, and other departments to meet sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales closing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
