MEMBERSHIP SALES CONSULTANT

WE ARE SEEKING DYNAMIC AND RESULT-DRIVEN FEMALES TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS MEMBERSHIP SALES CONSULTANT IMMEDIATELY!

Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach potential members to promote gym memberships and services.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in promotional events, membership drives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, memberships, and client interactions.
• Process membership applications, payments, and cancellations efficiently.
• Must have pleasing personality and a good team player.
• Can start immediately.

Salary: AED3000 – AED 5000 per month plus commission 2.5 % on Sales target.

Benefits: Company Visa & Transportation to nearest Metro station apart from fixed Salary.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in UAE, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
