Responsibilities:

1.Develop leads to selling shares in Dubai's real estate market.

2.Expand and maintain a professional network through events, social media, and referrals.

3.Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting, ensuring smooth transactions.

4.Offer expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment prospects.

5.Manage showings, inspections, and negotiations for clients.

6.Ensure compliance with Dubai's property laws and regulations.

7.Collaborate with real estate professionals to facilitate deals.

8.Implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract clients.

Offers a competitive 60% commission structure.

Requirements::

Bachelor's in Business or Real Estate-related field

Real estate license

2-3 years' experience in Dubai's real estate market.

Mandatory RERA certification.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Should have own visa

Compensation:

Salary AED 3500 / Month

Commission 80%
