Database Specialist
Experience Required: 5-10 years
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in database management and administration.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, including database design, implementation, and optimization.
- Proven experience in data modeling, database tuning, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with data warehouse and data lake solutions (certification preferred).
- Proficiency in Python for database automation, scripting, and analysis.
- Certification in Windows servers administration.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes for data integration.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industries such as oil and gas, finance, or healthcare.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL).
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
