a. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
b. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
c. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
d. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
e. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
f. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
f. Knowledge about ELV SYSTEM (CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Home Automation & PA/BGM System)
OTHER TASK:
- Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate assigned work and ensure effective communication and coordination among the team.
- Meet with the Management for a Monthly forecasting of sales
- Attend meetings with the client project team and prepare weekly progress reports
- Recognize critical design issues related to sales and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals
