متابعة جودة التنفيذ وحصر الكميات رسامة غير مطلوبة.
تنتهي مع إدارة المشروع والاستشاري والمقاولين.
إعداد تقارير العمل اليومية ومتابعة النتائج.
الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة اللوحة المهنية داخل الموقع.
المتطلبات المطلوبة:
تمتلك خبرة سابقة في أعمال المقاولات والتشطيبات.
إجادة قراءة النماذج وحصر الكميات.
القدرة على إدارة الصناعة ضبط المهام.
الالتزام والانضباط وتحمل ضغط العمل.
Duties and responsibilities:
Monitoring site work according to drawings and specifications.
Supervising workers and laborers in daily work chaos.
Monitoring the quality of execution and quantity surveying; drawing is not required.
Coordinating with project management, the consultant, and contractors.
Preparing daily work reports and following up on results.
Adherence to safety instructions and professional conduct within the site.
Required qualifications:
Previous experience in contracting and finishing works.
Proficiency in reading drawings and quantity surveying.
Ability to manage labor and organize tasks.
Commitment, discipline, and ability to handle work pressure.
