نحن نبحث عن مفتش مراقبة جودة متمرس في الطلاء والتغطية مع خبرة قوية في صناعة النفط والغاز.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- فحص ومراقبة تحضير الأسطح، التفجير، الطلاء والتغطية وفق المواصفات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- إجراء فحص لأعمال التغطية في مراحل مختلفة، بما في ذلك تحضير السطح، الطبقة التحضيرية، والطبقات المتوسطة والنهائية.
- التحقق من الظروف البيئية مثل درجة الحرارة والرطوبة ونقطة الندى ودرجة حرارة السطح قبل وأثناء تطبيق التغطية.
- إجراء وتوثيق اختبارات فحص التغطية، بما في ذلك DFT، WFT، الالتصاق، كشف الثغرات، وفحوصات ملف السطح.
- التحقق من أن الدهانات والتغطيات والمواد الاستهلاكية وطرق التطبيق تتوافق مع المواصفات المعتمدة ومتطلبات الشركة المصنعة.
- مراجعة شهادات اختبار المواد (MTCs)، الجداول الفنية، شهادات الدفعات، وسجلات الفحص.
- رفع ومتابعة NCRs وتقارير الفحص ووثائق الجودة حيثما كان ذلك مطلوباً.
- ضمان أن جميع أنشطة الطلاء والتغطية تتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع، ومخططات ITP المعتمدة، وبيانات الطريقة، والمعايير الدولية المعمول بها.
- التنسيق مع العميل ومفتشي الطرف الثالث والمتعهدين وفرق الموقع أثناء أنشطة الفحص.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الفحص الدقيقة وإعداد تقارير الجودة اليومية/الأسبوعية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات جودة ومشروع النفط والغاز وHSE.
الملف المرغوب للمترشح
- دبلوم / درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مؤهل تقني ذي صلة.
- 5-10 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في فحص الطلاء والتغطية ضمن صناعة النفط والغاز.
- شهادة B-Gas إجبارية.
- معرفة قوية بتحضير الأسطح، التفجير الرملي، تطبيق التغطية، وتقنيات الفحص.
- معرفة بمعايير وتفاصيل التغطية ذات الصلة مثل NACE/AMPP، SSPC، ISO، ومتطلبات المشروع الخاصة.
- خبرة بالأدوات التفتيشية مثل مقاييس DFT، مقاييس ملف السطح، مقاييس نقطة الندى، كواشف الثغرات، ومختبرات الالتصاق.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم مواصفات التغطية والرسومات وITPs وبيانات الطريقة.
- مهارات قوية في الإبلاغ والتوثيق.
- خبرة مشاريع معتمدة من GCC / أرامكو ستكون ميزة إضافية.

Position: QC Inspector Painting & Coating
Experience: 7 10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector Painting & Coating with strong experience in the Oil & Gas industry .
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor surface preparation, blasting, painting, and coating activities as per approved specifications and procedures.
- Conduct inspection of coating works at various stages, including surface preparation, primer, intermediate, and final coats.
- Verify environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, dew point, and surface temperature before and during coating application.
- Perform and document coating inspection tests, including DFT, WFT, adhesion, holiday detection, and surface profile checks.
- Verify that paints, coatings, consumables, and application methods comply with approved specifications and manufacturer requirements.
- Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), technical datasheets, batch certificates, and inspection records .
- Raise and follow up on NCRs, inspection reports, and quality documentation where required.
- Ensure all painting and coating activities comply with project specifications, approved ITPs, method statements, and applicable international standards.
- Coordinate with the client, third-party inspectors, contractors, and site teams during inspection activities.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare daily/weekly quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas project quality and HSE requirements .
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 5 10 years of relevant experience in Painting & Coating Inspection within the Oil & Gas industry .
- B-Gas Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, abrasive blasting, coating application, and inspection techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant coating standards and specifications such as NACE/AMPP, SSPC, ISO, and project-specific requirements .
- Experience with inspection instruments such as DFT gauges, surface profile gauges, dew point meters, holiday detectors, and adhesion testers .
- Ability to read and understand coating specifications, drawings, ITPs, and method statements.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- GCC / Aramco-approved project experience will be an added advantage.
