The primary focus will be identification, evaluation and completion of acquisitions and other growth opportunities. Secondary priorities will include supporting the management of Iv3 Aqua Group companies and water\/wastewater treatment facilities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDue diligence\n\u2022\tAnalyses of financial models and financial statements, including single asset, multi asset and complete business organizations and entities. Qualifications\n\n\u2022\tA minimum of two years of proven experience in M&A project management and execution from an investment bank, lending institution, consulting firm or private equity firm is desirable. Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent in Business\/Economics Chemical, Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field preferred.\n\u2022\tChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and\/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree a plus.\n\u2022\tThe preferred candidate will be highly proficient in finance and accounting (preferably including IFRS) and Microsoft Office\/365.\n\u2022\tInterest in business development and cross-border transactions, especially in the Middle East, North Africa, Central and South America, would be helpful.\n\u2022\tExposure to and knowledge of water treatment processes and the water\/wastewater industry a plus.\n\u2022\tUnderstanding of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) business model is a plus.\n\u2022\tEvidence of being a self-starter, and ability to perform in a complex role unsupervised is required.
