Overview of the role:

A/C Technician would be responsible for doing service and repair for all types of DX air conditioning units, AMC jobs to achieve the assigned service target.

Description of accountability:

• Should do service and repair for window, split, cassette, ducted and VRF units.
• Testing and commissioning of all types of DX air conditioners, checking the performance and troubleshooting.
• Perform AMC for DX units.
• Should make proper reports, recording all parameters.
• Attend service calls.

Required skills to be successful:

• Must have hands-on experience and skills in repairing different kinds of air conditioning DX systems, e.g., mini split units, ducted & cassette units, VRF systems.
• Must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting.
• Must have hands-on experience in testing and commissioning.
• Ability to detect damages and malfunctions.
• Must have experience of installation, fault finding, and rectification.
• Preparing service reports and recording all parameters.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Excellent customer support attitude.

What equips you for the role:

• Must have at least a 2-year vocational course in air conditioning and cooling technician.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as an A/C technician.
• Must have hands-on experience and skills in repairing different kinds of air conditioning DX systems, e.g., mini split units, ducted & cassette units, VRF systems.
