Role Overview WATCO is seeking a qualified and motivated ICV Officer to strengthen our compliance and reporting framework in line with Oman s In Country Value (ICV) program. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and ensuring WATCO s adherence to ICV targets across our Oil & Gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit ICV reports and updates to management and relevant authorities.
- Ensure WATCO remains fully compliant with ICV requirements and guidelines.
- Monitor and track progress against ICV targets in manpower, procurement, training, and local sourcing.
- Liaise with project teams to integrate ICV objectives into daily operations.
- Support audits, inspections, and reviews related to ICV compliance.
- Recommend strategies to enhance WATCO s contribution to Oman s ICV framework.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in procurement, compliance, or Oil & Gas sector HR/ICV reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Oman s ICV framework and Tawteen portal reporting.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments.
