مؤهلات إضافية في الجودة أو اللحام أو التحقق غير التحطيمي ذات صلة
المعرفة و/أو الخبرة:-
10 سنوات من الخبرة في الجودة في صناعة النفط والغاز، بما في ذلك سنتان من الخبرة في دور إشرافي، بما في ذلك أدوار تمثيل أو إشراف على موظفي الخدمات/المورّدين.
خبرة مع شركات النفط والغاز، المقاولين، أو شركات الخدمات.
معرفة بمعايير الصناعة
المهارات الفنية والتجارية:-
مهارات اتصال مكتوبة وشفوية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية
مهارات تواصل شخصية مطورة جيداً والقدرة على التأثير في القرارات باستخدام عروض التقديم والمفاوضة والتسهيل
القدرة على إدارة تطوير وتنفيذ نظم إدارة الجودة التي تُكيف مع صناعة النفط والغاز
القدرة على التفاعل بثقة مع فريق إدارة المشروع والمقاولين
يتطلب مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وتخطيطية قوية
Job description
About the job F-4819-4 - O - Head of Quality (Sohar Yard)
Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering
Additional quality, welding or NDE inspection related qualifications
Knowledge and/or Experience:-
10 years' experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 2 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
Knowledge of Industry standards
Technical and Business Skills:-
Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decisions using presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
Ability to manage development and implementation of Quality Management Systems adapted to Oil & Gas industry
Ability to interact with project management team and Contractors confidently
Requires strong analytical, organisational and planning skills
