Electrical Activities:

• Installation of Electrical systems including power, lighting, earthing & Lightning protection.

• Cable tray, conduit , cabling & termination works.

• Installation of DBs, MDBs, SMDBs & associated equipment.

• Fire alarm, emergency lighting & other ELV system installation.

• Testing, commissioning & handover of electrical systems.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications & safety standards.

• Coordinate with other trades and maintain site progress.

Plumbing Activities:

• Installation of cold & hot water supply systems.

• Installation of sanitary drainage, waste & vent systems

• Installation of soil, waste, rainwater (SWR) & storm water systems

• Installation of fixtures, fittings & plumbing accessories.

• Testing, flushing & commissioning of plumbing systems.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications & standards

• Coordinate with other trades and maintain site progress

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of MEP systems.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a proven track record in commercial or industrial projects.

• Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar certification, demonstrating recognized expertise in the field.

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit, to facilitate advanced design processes.
