تEnsure that all applicable regulatory requirements, state and local laws, regulations, rules and codes are observed Manage recordkeeping and reporting requirements as stated in the country specific regulatory requirements and the OARC EHS Management System. Help develop controls for identified hazards, coordinate the implementation of controls from result of hazard analysis. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place accidents and injuries through a hazard analysis and risk assessment process. Plan, develop and implement safety training for new employee orientation and annual required programs Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace, conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Provide advice and counselling for all compliance regulations. Assist in new employee and contractor orientation training Compile, analyze, interpret, and report accidents. Review property damage and injury reports. Work in accordance with the OARC EHS Management System protocols and site-specific procedures that are required by law Monitor, advise, and implement ongoing updates in safety country specific regulations, laws and or reporting requirements Assist in the purchasing of all safety supplies, products or training items required. Any other tasks specified by the direct supervisor.

Desirable Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field. IOSH Managing Safely. NEBOSH certification.
