We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector in Oman. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and processes meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations, contributing to the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. - Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments of processes, equipment, and materials to identify and address quality issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve quality-related problems and improve overall product quality. - Analyze quality data and generate reports to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for non-conformities and customer complaints. - Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations in all quality processes. - Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices to team members and stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years experience in quality engineering within the Oil & Gas industry or a similar industrial environment. - Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, API Q1, or equivalent standards. - Proficient in statistical analysis tools and quality control methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work on-site in Oman with occasional travel as required.
