Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist the Clinical Skills Lab Supervisor in the proper maintenance of the Clinical Skills Lab facility, equipment and materials.

2. Assist the Clinical Skills Lab Supervisor to conduct training courses for students and teachers at Suhar and Rustaq campus

3. Assist the Clinical Skills Lab Supervisor in conducting the short courses for the community

4. Assist with training sessions and lab usage.

5. Maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, and equipment use.

6. Any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master s degree in nursing with minimum of 5 years postmaster or Other Related Health Sciences
• Bachelor s degree in nursing science with 15 years of bedside experience
• 3-5 Years of Simulation, Skills Labs, or Related Educational Technology (Preferable)
• 5-10 years of medical / nursing education and training.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Certified trainer in BLS, ACLS, PALS and other relevant programs preferred
• Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional program preferred, but not mandatory
• Experience with organizing and conduction short courses or workshops.
• Experience in IT support environment
• Experience with Microsoft office
• Experience with audio/visual systems
• Age from: 25 45
