Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP works on-site, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems

• Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes

• Review and inspect shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders

• Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of MEP works

• Identify and resolve technical issues while ensuring timely project execution

• Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify compliance with project requirements

• Prepare site reports, inspection records, and progress updates for the consultant and client

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in MEP site supervision for commercial building projects

• Proven experience working with an engineering consultancy is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems

• Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and QA/QC documentation

• GCC/Oman experience and strong communication skills are preferred
