Roles & Responsibilities

MEP MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Coordinate technicians and contractors for planned and reactive maintenance Supervisor.

Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and asset lifecycle management

Review and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

Monitor system performance using BMS and CMMS platforms.

Serve as the primary technical liaison between the facilities management team and the clients representatives Attend regular meetings with the client to discuss maintenance activities, ongoing issues, and upcoming projects.

Provide timely and clear updates, technical reports, and recommendations to the client.

Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and coordinating effective solutions.

Conduct site inspections, issue technical reports, CAPA , HSE Reports and ensure safety compliance and well versed with FM Industry standards

INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER esign, install, test, and commission instrumentation and control systems for industrial projects.

Develop and review instrumentation drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and cable schedules.

Select and specify field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.

Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain instrumentation equipment.

Configure and maintain PLC, DCS, SCADA, and control systems.

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of instrumentation systems.

Conduct loop checking, functional testing, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.

Diagnose and resolve instrumentation and control system faults to minimize downtime.

Ensure all instrumentation complies with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
