As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility for licensure.
Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site management and construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD or similar design tools.

Project Management:
Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies.
Site Supervision:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
Address any site-related issues promptly, providing technical guidance and solutions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
Design and Planning:
Review project designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Provide input during the design phase to optimize construction processes and materials selection.
Collaborate with design teams to resolve any design-related issues or modifications.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):
Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure construction work meets established standards and specifications.
Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
Document and report any non-conformities or deviations, and work towards timely resolution.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to coordinate interdisciplinary aspects of projects.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.
Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers and site staff as needed.
