نحن نبحث عن مشرف تقوية مخضرم / مشرف عمل لمشروع إنشائي وسمعة جيدة في سلطنة عُمان. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة قوية في الإشراف على أنشطة التسليح (الحديد )، قراءة رسومات التسليح، إدارة فرق العمل، وضمان إنجاز الأعمال بأمان وفي الجدول الزمني المحدد. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: الإشراف على أنشطة التسليح وتثبيت قضبان التسليح في الموقع. قراءة وتفسير رسومات التسليح وجداول ثني القضبان (BBS). تخصيص العمل ومراقبة أداء فرق التسليح. التأكد من إتمام الأعمال وفق مواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة. الحفاظ على إجراءات السلامة ونظام الموقع. التنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين وفرق البناء الأخرى. متابعة استخدام المواد وتقرير تقدم العمل.
الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه للمرشح
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمشرف تقوية، سائق تسليح، أو مشرف تسليح. معرفة قوية برسومات التسليح وجداول ثني القضبان. خبرة في قيادة والإشراف على فرق التسليح. فهم جيد لممارسات السلامة في مواقع البناء. يُفضل خبرة الخليج.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced Reinforcement Chargehand / Foreman for a reputed construction project in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in supervising reinforcement (rebar) activities, reading reinforcement drawings, managing work teams, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise reinforcement and rebar installation activities on site. Read and interpret reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS). Allocate work and monitor the performance of reinforcement crews. Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and quality standards. Maintain safety procedures and site discipline. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction teams. Monitor material usage and report work progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Reinforcement Chargehand, Rebar Foreman, or Reinforcement Foreman. Strong knowledge of reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. Experience leading and supervising reinforcement teams. Good understanding of construction site safety practices. Gulf experience preferred.
