• Developing the project timeline and monitoring its execution.
• Overseeing all project phases from inception to final delivery.
• Tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Monitoring costs and ensuring adherence to the approved budget.
• Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing corrective measures.

• Providing support and guidance to team members to achieve project objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety standards on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
