Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting Control

• Consolidation of MIS and financial statements
• Ensure IFRS compliance and strong internal controls
• Review reconciliations and inter-company transactions

Management Reporting MIS

• Analyze PL, cash flow, and variance reports
• Present financial performance summaries to management
• Recommend corrective actions and improvement strategies

Budgeting Treasury Management

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage working capital and liquidity planning
• Coordinate banking and treasury operations

Audit, Compliance Automation

• Ensure tax and statutory compliance
• Improve ERP systems and automation workflows
• Conduct ROI analysis and financial modeling

Required Skills

• Strong IFRS and taxation knowledge
• Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills
• ERP system experience
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities
