Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Gastroenterologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders of the digestive system, liver, pancreas, and gastrointestinal tract while delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal diseases and disorders. Perform endoscopic procedures, including upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy. Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans. Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging results. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Provide patient education and follow-up care.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DM or equivalent qualification in Gastroenterology.
- Minimum 35 years of post-specialization experience.
- Valid medical license/registration.
- GCC experience or Oman Dataflow/MOH eligibility is preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
