Roles & Responsibilities

The General Manager – Aluminium & Facade Works is a senior leadership role with in comapny Facade Sub-Contracting Division. Operating directly under the Head of Aluminium, Glass, Carpentry & Fitout, the GM is accountable for the full P&L, technical delivery, commercial performance, and strategic growth of the Aluminium Facade business line. The incumbent will mirror the structure of the existing GM – Fitout and GM – Glass positions, completing a unified divisional leadership team. The role demands a rare blend of deep technical mastery in aluminium systems, sharp commercial acumen, disciplined project and contract governance, and the executive presence to expand the business into new regional markets

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Depth Proven expertise in curtain wall (stick, unitised), SSG, window wall, cladding systems, and fire-rated facades. Hands-on experience with mock-up testing, facade audits, and system certifications. Contract Knowledge Deep understanding of FIDIC Red, Yellow & Silver Books, NEC, SBD, and bespoke GCC subcontract forms. Demonstrated track record of claims preparation, negotiation, and recovery. Commercial Track Record Experience managing annual revenue portfolios in excess of OMR 10 million (or equivalent). Proven ability to protect and improve margins in a competitive tendering environment.
