Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor company entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry.

Implement and enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Conduct periodic surveillance using CCTV systems to identify and mitigate security risks.

Provide security briefings to visitors, contractors, and employees.

Respond to security incidents and ensure they are properly recorded and documented.

Conduct periodic patrols and inspections to identify security threats or safety hazards.

Ensure compliance with fire safety procedures, emergency response plans, and first aid procedures.

Record and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing material weights.

Ensure adherence to scale operating procedures and data entry in the ERP system.

Manage tickets, verify delivery notes, and ensure that transported goods match official orders.

Perform daily scale calibration and implement compliance checklists.

Monitor scale cameras to ensure correct truck positioning and accurate weighing procedures.

Liaise with IT, maintenance, and external suppliers to address scale malfunctions.

Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives
