Qualifications:
• Must have Engineering Degree – Mechanical or Electrical
• Extensive experience in Facilities Management - both hard and soft services (including Cleaning, Pest Control, and Landscaping) - preferably in the GCC region
• Full understanding of the salary structure of expats and efficient selection process (Contract Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, cleaners ...etc.).
• Full understanding and responsibility for Budgets and P&L statements
• Have handled multiple large size projects in multiple cities and vast geographic territory
• Ability to understand tendering documents, price tenders, and negotiate contracts
• At least 15-20 years’ experience in Facilities Management with at least 5 years’ experience as GM for a reputable company of sizable operations in FM (more than 500 staff) - Multi- Projects, in both Soft and Hard services
• Arabic speaking is preferable to communicate with Government Authorities in Oman
