Internal Auditor –

Position: Internal Auditor

Location: Muscat, Oman

Department: Internal Audit

Nationality Preference: Omani Nationals

Role Objective:

Plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits to ensure compliance, risk control, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute internal audit programs

• Identify risks and control gaps

• Generate audit reports and escalate high-risk findings

• Monitor corrective actions

• Support fraud investigations

• Liaise with external auditors

• Maintain audit documentation

Required Skills:

• Auditing & risk assessment

• Analytical & investigative skills

• Communication & reporting

• Excellent IT Skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Audit System [Application]

• Time management

Experience: 3–5 years in money exchange or financial institutions

Qualifications:

A qualification in Chartered Accountancy (full or partial) or post-graduate inManagement/Commerce is required for this position. Certified Internal Auditor/QMSqualifications would be an advantage.

Language: Fluent English; Arabic preferred
