We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer / Presales professional to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of enterprise clients.
Role Overview The Technical Engineer / Presales will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures for our clients, while also supporting presales activities for cybersecurity solutions.
This role requires expertise in Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other cybersecurity technologies.
Key Responsibilities Design & Installation: Develop, configure, and install network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless components.
Maintenance & Support: Perform routine maintenance, apply software patches, and provide technical support to network users.
Security Management: Implement and manage security systems, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion prevention, to protect client data from cyber threats.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve network issues to ensure high availability and minimize downtime.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare engineering design packages and provide regular status reports on network health to stakeholders.
Presales Support: Assist sales teams with technical proposals, solution demonstrations, and client consultations.
