We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to support our operations. 

This part-time internship role offers hands-on experience in data management, information accuracy, and office workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Enter, update, and maintain data records with high accuracy in designated databases and spreadsheets.
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
• Assist with data migration and data cleansing activities under supervision.
• Support basic administrative tasks, including filing, document organization, and file management.
• Generate standard reports and assist in compiling data for management review.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with company policies and data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.
• Support ad hoc data-related projects as needed by the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; current students or recent graduates are welcome to apply.Work Environment

The role is based in Muscat, Oman, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and collaborative teamwork.

 Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with internal workflows and data systems.
