We are looking for a Digital Implementation Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details: (candidates based in Oman preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Master degree in Data Science.
- Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required)
- Professional Experience: +10 years’ Experience in Digital Solution implementation in an Oil and Gas context (Project and Operation).
- Experience in similar position (years): +5 years’ experience.

ACTIVITIES
Project Phase:
Commissioning and Start-up preparation:
- Ensure the quality and completeness of Quantum/ Data engineering Final Documentation (deliverables both from the Contractor and the Vendors) in compliance with Project Scope of Work, Specifications and Procedures and allowing an adequate hand-over to the Operation.
- Review and approve the sub-system breakdown definition developed by the Contractor.
- Review and approve Breakdown P&ID mark-ups.
- Ensure Preparation and Population of the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning EasyPlant Database are timely prepared.
- Ensure EasyPlant Database is updated according to engineering progress.
- Verify consistency of pre-commissioning EasyPlant database versus Contractors actual (pre)commissioning progress.
- Ensure each select Tools/Solutions bring Value to Business (Cost Vs value stream).
- Assist the CSL in identifying and addressing all internal/external interface issues with respect to Commissioning and Start-up.
Commissioning and Start-up execution:
- Ensure Digital tools are deployed and proven effective. Consider Obsolescence and lifecycle need.
- Ensure Digital Tool to provide the best performance for PROJECT LNG.
- Assist commissioning, start up and Operation team when required.
- Ensure the progress is in accordance with priorities driven by the Commissioning and Start-up sequence.
- Ensure a particular overall tracking for punch list entry and clearance activities (sort according to site priorities level, control delivery date for spares/equipment…etc.).
- Ensure Contractor provide EasyPlant trainings to PROJECT LNG Team
- Ensure Contractor provide good level of EasyPlant access to PROJECT LNG team.
- Coordinate checks and audits to secure EasyPlant progress and quality.
- Review and comment the Commissioning progress reports issued by the Contractor.
- Ensure that each Sub-system has reached the “RFC” or the “AOC” status with associated punch list.
- Participate actively in overall commissioning schedule, planning and optimization activities.
- Report immediately any unexpected events which may affect the Commissioning of the plant or the Start up.
- Ensure all required Inspection Test Records as defined by the Handover procedure for Completion purposes (RFC and AOC dossiers compilation among other) are timely prepared.
- Work closely with Company and Contractors pre-commissioning and commissioning Leaders.
- Liaises with Completion Coordinator.
- Ensure Contractors report comprehensively EasyPlant status, including performed man hours, and punch list management progress.
- Ensure a smooth handover (feedback and training) to the Field Operations Team.
- Train or familiarize each Stakeholder as needed.
