Your day-to-day: 

• Prepare, present, and serve different flavors of shisha according to guest preferences.


• Change coal regularly and ensure smooth smoking experience for guests.


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of shisha pipes, hoses, and related equipment.


• Ensure all shisha tools and accessories are sterilized and in good working condition.


• Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to any requests or complaints professionally.


• Handle shisha flavors and tobacco responsibly, following safety and health regulations.


• Maintain knowledge of new flavors and trends in shisha preparation.


• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene standards.


• Report any maintenance issues or shortages of supplies to supervisor.


• Work closely with waiters and bar staff to deliver prompt and efficient service.


• Assist in setting up and clearing the shisha area before and after operations.

What we need from you 

• Previous experience as a Shisha Man/Attendant in a hotel, restaurant, or café preferred.


• Knowledge of shisha preparation techniques, flavors, and equipment maintenance.


• Ability to communicate clearly and politely with guests.


• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.


• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
