A leading FMCG company in Oman is looking for a Sales Executive – Modern Trade to manage key accounts and drive growth in the retail segment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade accounts (hypermarkets, supermarkets, and key retail chains).
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising in stores.
- Negotiate listings, promotions, and pricing agreements with key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize sales plans.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Skills
Must-Haves:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Modern Trade sales within FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Oman.
