Sales Executive - Modern Trade

A leading FMCG company in Oman is looking for a Sales Executive – Modern Trade to manage key accounts and drive growth in the retail segment.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade accounts (hypermarkets, supermarkets, and key retail chains).
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising in stores.
  • Negotiate listings, promotions, and pricing agreements with key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize sales plans.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.


Skills

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Modern Trade sales within FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Oman.
