· Commissioning and conditioning of machinery to ensure reliability.
· Execute safe, efficient, and technically sound maintenance procedures.
· Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns/failures.
· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
· Lubricate equipment per OEM standards and attend abnormalities in air compressors, cooling towers, and DM water plants.
· Handle pipe work, valves, pumps, and motors installations.
· Modify systems using drilling, cutting, and welding techniques.
· Conduct vibration checks and coordinate preventive/corrective actions.
· Maintain equipment history and promote good housekeeping.
