We are seeking a detail-oriented and observant Mystery Shopper to join our dynamic team in Sohar, Salala and Muscat Oman. As a Mystery Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the customer service and overall experience provided by various retail establishments. Your feedback will help businesses enhance their services and ensure they meet customer expectations. This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to provide constructive feedback. You will be tasked with visiting assigned locations, assessing various aspects of the shopping experience, and compiling comprehensive reports based on your observations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct visits to assigned retail locations to evaluate customer service and overall shopping experience.
  2. Observe and document the behavior of staff members and the quality of service provided during the shopping experience.
  3. Assess the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store and its products.
  4. Complete detailed reports that include your findings, observations, and suggestions for improvement.
  5. Maintain confidentiality regarding your identity and the nature of your evaluations.
  6. Provide feedback to the recruitment agency regarding your experiences and any areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with the agency to refine evaluation criteria and processes based on industry standards.
  8. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of mystery shopping protocols.
  9. Meet deadlines for report submissions and communicate effectively with the agency.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and customer service standards to provide informed evaluations.
